Leading national law firm Dykema announced today that it has integrated Clearbrief across the firm, giving their attorneys and business professionals access to Clearbrief's responsible AI tools that help litigators find, organize, and share the underlying evidence behind their legal writing. Clearbrief's design in Word solves a major challenge with Legal generative AI - the need to check over all generated content as compared to the source.
Dykema first piloted Clearbrief in its appellate group in 2023, working with Clearbrief's "classic AI" tools inside Word that speed tedious tasks like search, cite-checking, creating exhibits and Tables of Authorities, and hyperlinking pleadings for filing with the court and sharing with clients. In 2023, Dykema gained early access to Clearbrief's patented generative AI tools - the Instant Hyperlinked Timeline and Verified Facts Section, which organize factual evidence and generate draft work product with citations that display the underlying evidence from a split-screen view next to the writing inside Word.
